Ingeo™ fiber is the world’s first man-made fiber derived from 100% annually renewable resources – not oil.  Ingeo fiber combines the qualities of natural and synthetic fibers in a new way. Strength and resilience are balanced with comfort, softness and drape in textiles. In addition, Ingeo fiber has good moisture management characteristics. This means that Ingeo fiber is ideally suited to fabrics from fashion to furnishings.

In fiberfill, for products such as pillows, duvets, comforters and padded outerwear, Ingeo fibers superior loft means that it feels more like down than a synthetic imitation. In nonwovens, Ingeo fiber can produce a whole unique new family of industrially compostable products without compromising performance. 

Ingeo fiber’s stain resistance properties make it an ideal carpet fiber for the home, office and transportation.
