Overview of Partner Types

Brand Owner:  Innovative product manufacturers currently ingredient branding with Ingeo™ for finished goods and semi-finished goods, or NatureWorks^® biopolymer.

Equipment Manufacturer: Companies who produce machinery on which products made from traditional plastics, as well as NatureWorks^® biopolymer, can be manufactured.

Foodservice Distributor:  Companies distributing Ingeo™ food packaging or serviceware made with NatureWorks^® biopolymer to foodservice operators.

Foodservice Operator:  Cafeterias, delis, entertainment and sports venues, fairs and festivals and other foodservice providers currently leveraging the environmental benefits of Ingeo™ food packaging and serviceware made with NatureWorks^® biopolymer.

Packaging Distributor: An authorized distributor of Ingeo™ branded plastic packaging made from NatureWorks^® biopolymer.

Plastic Processor: Any converter (thermoformer, injection molder, extruder, etc.) of finished or semi-finished Ingeo™ innovation goods made with NatureWorks^® biopolymer.

Resin Compounder:  Those who are currently qualified to compound and sell NatureWorks^® biopolymer compounded with approved materials developed to improve performance in specific applications (such as barriers, colorants, etc.).

Retailer:  Retail chains and stores currently carrying Ingeo™ branded products made from NatureWorks^® biopolymer.
